Motor yacht moored in a Seattle marina

Services

Bow to stern service, brought to your boat

We are a mobile crew. We come to you with the tools, the parts and the experience to do the job properly, whether it is a single repair or a full season of work.

We work on motor yachts across the Seattle area, at your own dock, in the marina or on the hard at one of the local yards. Our technicians handle the mechanical, electrical and systems work themselves, and anything outside that goes to specialists we have worked with for years, managed by us as part of the same job.

However big or small the work, you deal with one team. We scope it, quote it, order the parts, do the work and tell you what we found, so there is nothing left for you to chase.

What our crew does

The work our own technicians carry out, on every system from the engine room to the helm.

Engine room exhaust work

Engines and generators

Servicing, troubleshooting and repair on main engines and generators, from routine oil and impeller changes through to exhaust work and major overhauls. Rebuilds go to a specialist engine shop we trust.

Lithium battery bank installation

Marine electrical

AC and DC systems, battery banks and lithium upgrades, inverters and chargers, shore power and electrical diagnostics, all installed to ABYC standards.

Watermaker control panel

Systems and installations

Watermakers, sanitation and plumbing, air conditioning and refrigeration, thrusters and stabilizers, supplied and installed by the people who will service them afterward.

Satellite dome installation

Navigation and communication

Chartplotters, radar, autopilots and satellite systems, installed, networked and set up so everything at the helm works together.

Failed impeller removed from a pump

Repairs and troubleshooting

When something stops working we find out why, fix it and explain what caused it, so the same failure does not come back next month.

Refits

Bigger projects that touch several systems at once, planned and project managed from the first walk-through to handover.

How a refit works

Beyond our crew

Our trusted network

Some jobs are better done by a specialist. For those we use a small group of people we have worked with for years. We schedule them around our own crew, check their work before we sign it off and put it all on one quote, so you still have a single point of contact.

When it cannot wait

Emergency service calls

When something fails and cannot wait, tell us right away and we will get a technician to you as quickly as we can. Emergency work is available to any customer and is billed at time and a half.

Before it breaks

Planned maintenance

Most breakdowns can be avoided. We keep a service record for your boat, plan the work around your season and let you know when something is coming due, so it gets done on your schedule rather than at the worst possible moment.

How it works

Tell us what you need

Send us a note through the site with the boat, where she is kept and what is going on.

We take a look

For anything beyond a simple job we come out and see the boat first, so the quote is based on what is actually there.

You get a written quote

You see the scope and the cost in writing before any work starts.

We do the work and report back

Our crew does the job, and you hear from us about what was done and anything else we noticed while we were aboard.

Need something looked at?

Tell us about the boat and what is going on, and we will come back to you with the next step.
