You bought a good boat. We make it a great one, and you don't have to manage a thing while we do it.
A refit touches almost every system on a boat. Left to the owner, it turns into a string of separate trades, parts orders and schedules to chase, with nobody responsible for the whole picture. That is the part we take on.
We start by walking the boat with you and building the list together. You get a written quote and a plan, and from there our crew and tools move aboard and we work through it until it is finished. Anything that needs a specialist we don't have in house goes to someone from our trusted network, and we manage them as part of the same project, so you still deal with one team from start to finish.
One point of contact
One person owns your project. They plan the work, order the parts, coordinate our crew and any outside specialists, and they are the person you call.
Weekly updates
Every week you get a clear update on progress and on anything we have found along the way, so you always know where the job stands.
Progress billing
Larger projects are billed in stages as the work is completed. Every invoice is itemized against the job, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and how the budget is tracking.

From a single system upgrade to a full bow to stern refit, every job gets the same planning and the same standard of work.
A record of the work
We photograph and document the work as we go. That gives you a clear history of the boat, which buyers value and insurers increasingly ask for.

Ready for summer, every summer
For our long-term clients the year runs to a plan. At the end of the season we go through the boat with you and agree on everything it needs, from routine maintenance to the upgrades and small fixes you have been meaning to get to. We schedule that work through the fall, winter and spring, so the boat is ready when you want to use it.
